VARIETAL: 100% Malbec
WINEMAKING: Manual harvest and hand sorting. Destemmed, then 3-5 day cold maceration at 10°C. Stainless steel tank fermentation with punch down/pump over. Cap is pressed.
TASTING NOTES: Very well balanced with rich integrated tannins and medium acidity. Fruit is blackberry, dark cherry, ripe plum, sweet tobacco leaf, and chocolate with a touch of oak-inspired vanilla.
FOOD PAIRING: Ideal with braised short ribs, lamb and beef, or even a hearty stew.
