TASTING NOTES: Extremely fresh and pleasant. White fruits and floral aroma. Tart, fresh, fruity taste SOIL: Clay and limestone

HARVEST METHOD: Hand harvest

FERMENTATION: In steel and cement tanks for 30 days REFINEMENT: Sur lies for 4 months

AGEING: 5-10 months in barrel, then at least 2 months in bottle.

FOOD PAIRING: Recommended as an aperitif, with appetizers and all fish-based dishes

DEZZANI

MOSCATO PROVINCIA DI PAVIA

PRODUCTION AREA: Pavia Province

GRAPE VARIETAL: Moscato

WINE FEATURES: The color is straw yellow with bright highlights. The bouquet is fresh and intense with notes of fruit and sage. The taste is well-balanced and very characteristic.

FOOD PAIRING: Ideal with desserts, such as hazelnut cake, apple, and lemon cake. This is the perfect party wine. Thanks to its low alcohol content, it is ideal for newcomers to the wine world.

AGING POTENTIAL: 3 years after bottling

VINIFICATION: Fermentation on skins for 8 days in steel tanks at a controlled temperature (25°)

AGING: Aged in steel and the bottle.

BOUQUET: Intense bouquet of spices with vanilla hints TASTING NOTES: Cherry, Ribes, Violet notes. Elegant, round with a spicy finish.

MONTEPULCIANO 2019

TASTING NOTES: Deep ruby color when young, turning brick-red with aging. A concentrated, lingering nose with notes of red berries. A full, well-bodied palate, slightly tannic when young.

GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Montepulciano d’Abruzzo PRODUCTION ZONES: Hills of the municipal territory of Controguerra

WINEMAKING PROCESS: Traditional fermentation on the skins; maceration on the lees for 5-6 days. The wine matures in stainless steel vats.

FOOD PAIRINGS: Roasts, red meat, and mature cheese.

VERMENTINO SALENTO 2021

PRODUCTION AREA: Leverano – Puglia

GRAPES: Vermentino

ALCOHOL: 12.5% vol

WINE FEATURES: Harvested in early September, it has a pale straw yellow color and greenish highlights. Its wide bouquet exhales aromas of tropical fruits, sage, and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it has a good acidity, full, said, and elegant body with a pleasant mineral note.

FOOD PAIRING: Fish, crustaceans, mixed salads, and white meats.

PRIMITIVO SALENTO 2021

PRODUCTION AREA: Leverano( Puglia)

GRAPE VARIETAL: Primitivo AGING Steel tanks and oaks barrels

WINE FEATURES: Produced with the historical grapes of Primitivo of Apulia region, which it takes its excellent structure from, this wine has a deep red color with purplish highlights. Harmonious aromas of ripe red fruit and spices on the nose with a pleasant hint of licorice. Full and warm palate with noble tannins.

FOOD PAIRINGS: Elaborate first courses, game, stews, roasts, and seasoned cheeses.

POTENTIAL AGING: 5 years after vintage
