VARIETAL: 100% Chardonnay
REGION: Agrelo Vineyard, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza
WINEMAKING: Manual harvest and sorting. Destemmed, then less than 1 day cold maceration at 10°C to extract color from the skins. Pressed, then stainless steel tank fermented with temperature controlled to max 18°C. Four months élevage in stainless steel.
TASTING NOTES: Crisp and well balanced with medium plus acidity. Fruit is green apple, lemon, pear, and pineapple with mineral and floral notes.
FOOD PAIRING: Ideal with Spicy foods, Mature and hard cheeses, Appetizers and snacks, Blue cheese, and Cured Meats.
