VARIETAL: 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc, and 8% Malbec

REGION: Azcuénaga Vineyard in Lunlunta, Maipú, Mendoza

WINEMAKING: Manual harvest and hand sorting. Destemmed, then 3-5 day cold maceration at 10°C. Stainless steel tank fermentation with punch down/pump over. Cap is pressed.

TASTING NOTES: Very well balanced; this is an elegant wine focused on the center palate with medium acidity and rounded tannins. Cherry, raspberry, and touches of currant, blueberry, and ground pepper.

FOOD PAIRING: Ideal with Beef, Lamb, Chicken, and Pasta dishes.
